This time trying out the Wanchai outlet. Chef John Nguyen worked with Black Sheep Restaurants as the head chef of Peel Street’s Chôm Chôm. The chef was going to move to Vietnam but due to covid-19 he remained in HK and started this new restaurant. 这次尝试了湾仔分店。 主厨 John Nguyen 曾在 Black Sheep 餐厅担任 Peel Street 的 Chôm Chom 的主厨。 厨师打算搬到越南,但由于covid-19,他留在了香港并开了这家新餐厅。This time I ordered from the a la carte menu and pleasantly surprised with the dishes. 这次我从点菜菜单中订购,并对菜肴感到惊喜。Love that there’s an outside area

There are delightful innovative dishes, drinks and desserts that’s really worth trying. I’ve got to head back to try other interesting dishes

CONS
Washroom cleanliness needs maintaining.
Tables needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly especially the side rims of the tables.
洗手间的清洁度需要维护。
