Rich colleague invited us (a table for 10) to join her lunch with those high quality dim-sum in festival-walk, which we're rarely come for such a long time ~ crowdy customers in & out though we make appointment for the table before;~ nice dim-sum come within 15 minutes, but one set of the shrimp-dumpling look abnormal (white skin) , so we ask for the re-steam process, then we need to remind the kitchen again to bring it back before check our bill around 2 hours later !~ roast pork: probably one

~ nice dim-sum come within 15 minutes, but one set of the shrimp-dumpling look abnormal (white skin) , so we ask for the re-steam process, then we need to remind the kitchen again to bring it back before check our bill around 2 hours later !~ roast pork: probably one of the best dish praise by most of us, tender & even layer of meat texture really attactive cover with crispy skin
moreover, luxury fried noodle with veg. ($120);is yummy though it's really expensive compare with normal price in other restaurant
~ the steam carrot-cake also marvellous with carrot-slice & many ingredient; thus veg & mushroom with soup is also good to health too !
~ light is a little bit too dim when colleague said that happened after it's renovation ?!
~ 3 dim-sum need to be improve (not in the above cos no more space here !) : steam minced beef without frangrant of old-mardarin-skin;
steam brown-sugar sponge-cake, not that soft enough! Dessert "杨枝甘露" is too watery, should be more creamy !
题外话/补充资料:
~ service need to be improve as refill of hot-water is not effective thus teapot disappeared in between our meal !
