During our 4-day stay in HK, my boyfriend and I stumbled upon this hidden gem. We were delighted to have found this lovely spot, as it is located so close to our hotel. Having been travelling from country to country for seven weeks, we began to crave for Vietnamese banh mi sandwich, which we love to eat in Los Angeles. This place did not disappoint! We loved the sandwich here. As soon as we walked up the stairs, we were warmly greeted by the owner and her boyfriend, who were able to speak to us
We loved the sandwich here. As soon as we walked up the stairs, we were warmly greeted by the owner and her boyfriend, who were able to speak to us in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. We learned that this restaurant had just opened two weeks before we visited. We bought a sandwich ("V & D Classic") and a cold drink ("Vietnamese Lime Tea") to-go. Both the drink and the sandwich were delightful!
Though we live half way across the world, we hope to come back and see this newly opened restaurant succeed!
