Quite rare to find good beef wellington in HK and the one at  St. Barts was pretty nice. The beef fillet was tender and juicy. Yet, the pastry outside was a quite soggy and would be better if it could remain crispy.|Beef Wellington威灵顿牛柳💰HKD333
