Probably because the first ippudo I tried was in Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised that they had more sides and choices of ramen than the branches back in Sydney. Also the quality of ramen is better than back in Australia. However compared to the standard in japan it is slightly lower but still acceptable. If you want a safe option of Japanese ramen this is the place to go to as you can’t really go wrong with it.
