I came across this very pretty sliced cake, Strawberry Pistachio Mousse Dessert, at this shop and decided to try it out. It was sold at a price of $24 which was really cheap compared with how it looked indeed! It was a pretty light strawberry mousse cake which was not greasy at all. It was a pretty light strawberry mousse cake which was not greasy at all. The flavour of pistachio was not really rich though. It was not overly sweet. However, the very disappointing point about this cake was that the base was not crispy at all and was apparently too moist (you could probably tell from this picture). Taste-wise really just a pass but appearance-wise it was very pretty.
