Very heavy indeed. The duck foie gras was fried first so that all the oil and grease came out, giving a very heavy 'ducky' taste to the cream sauce. And because of the combination of the oil and wild mushroom cream sauce, the linguini was so flavoured! My girls just could not resist to finish it.

Crispy red shrimp, filling seafood sauce, garnished cheese slices, and savoury risotto.
Red shrimp was semi-fried, not greasy at all, and the aroma of shrimp fills the mouth! The rice was 'full body', and the salty flavor of the cheese made the already rich seafood sauce stronger. Nice pairing with wine.

It was oyster again. It would surprise you with really big oysters! A bit too 'fishy' though (probably because we had our nice fresh oysters at the beginning so the comparison made it less appealing). Loved the oyster sauce with the risotto! Love love love!
DingDing:
1. This is three-people portion
2. Selected oysters buy-one-get-one-free. (Check with the staff!)
