I am from GuangXi Always eat 螺蛳粉 during childhood Want to find back memories hereThe 螺蛳粉 noodles are really my childhood taste . It is spicy with some seafood 螺丝n some vegetablesI think people like it is due to its 惹味 and the spices . It is different from hk style 米线 But the price is really quite high. When the topping is simply some vegetables or tofu or fried eggs, it makes this restaurant becomes “try once is enough”😂
