Today we got a dozen of people reserved a long table, and an outter gathering/drinking area only being found too hot to stay. Today we got a dozen of people reserved a long table, and an outter gathering/drinking area only being found too hot to stay. So we'd better stay inside and start the company dinner early.The restaurant is still quite vacant when we began to order food. Our starter are eye-opening plates of Wagyu skewers (extremely tender), roasted pork belly (very tasty), grilled scallops and tuna sushi. Then came our main courses, tenderloin, duck leg and king prawns. While my partner next to me selected a scenty dish of king prawn, I owned my 8oz tenderloin to gormandize. Except its surface a bit chewy, the tenderloin was nicer towards its medium-cooked centre, fried with high quality sea salt (but the mustard gone with was ultra salty). My dessert, fresh berries with cream was a bowl of assorted types of berries as a perfect fit after. And that moment was when the party time of other customers reached the climax.To be just particular about, the place was overly noisy for chatting as sometimes we needed to shout. All in all, the banquet totalled HK$9,xxx was a savory experience, but at this cost we could rather be able to afford more precious dishes of a good Chinese restaurant, though unlimited house wine had been provided for us throughout the whole night.
