There are not much "western" choice in Tuen Mun. Found this restaurant accidentally on OpenRice cause I got sick of all the chains in TMT. Came here must have been 5 or 6 times already & still counting! Here's my 2 cents: Do make a reservation, I don't remember ever coming here without booking because this restaurant is SMALL & PACKED!Do order the Australian Wagyu Beef, I'd say if you're not a big steak fan, skip all these rip eyes, fillet etc. and go for the Wagyu beef, it's the best I have eve

Do order the Australian Wagyu Beef, I'd say if you're not a big steak fan, skip all these rip eyes, fillet etc. and go for the Wagyu beef, it's the best I have ever had, I went to the BLT steak in TST and I don't even think they were as good as them, the best part is, it's like HALF of the PRICE CHEAPER!!! , the beef was so juicy, and cook just right, I tried medium, medium rare, and medium well, the best one I'd say medium, but my family tends not to eat bloody beef, so I tried medium well, which is not as juicy and meat wasn't as tender
Do get the set when you order entrée or pasta, it's $20 and you get a lot more out of it. They come with salad which is exceptional good with their sauce, usually you don't look forward to salad if it comes with the set, but not in this case!
The best soup I had was the Lobster Bisque, but the last few times I came, they don't have that on their menu, and it will probably run out if you come in like 9pm or something. The last time they had Clam Chowder, a lot of seafood inside, but I wasn't creamy and "thick" enough.
If waitress forgot to ask if you want the olive oil and vinegar with the bread, make sure you ask them! cause they are just really good. I wish they would have more Italian bread instead of just plain roll, that would be even more enjoyable with the olive oil and vinegar!
Also, I always ordered the iced lemon tea, iced coffee for my set drinks, this last time I got the cappuccino which is to my surprise pretty good!
Do try their pasta You can choose your own pasta and sauce (white sauce, tomatoes sauce, garlic and olive oil) with a few different main selections for the pasta. Both their Beef and Veggies Lasagna are awesome!
Do order the Warm Chocolate Pudding [u]with a scoop of ice cream It's one of the best I've ever had, the chocolate is not too sweet, the cake was right for me, enjoy it with the ice cream
Do come back to try other special entrée They have quite a lot special that's not on the menu, but instead they write it on a tiny little piece of paper or on their blackboard, as far as I see, they have always been the same, but I never really tried much except that one time I came with my whole family, cause I never really ordered anything besides Wagyu beef and pasta hahaha, so I'd def. come back for other dish if I ever get sick of the Wagyu steak again ahah
The staff was nice, the owner lady was ALWAYS there without the uniform ahha which I find it's awkward to have all waitress wearing uniforms but the boss!! And the price is beyond the value with the quality of food they serve, so it's def. a good thing for all people living in Tuen Mun!
Driving there is a bit tricky if you don't know the area, as it's on a one-way road, so you will have to find the little road to get inside the Lam Tei Village. There's no real parking lot, but it's fine to just park somewhere outside the restaurant
