After visiting a friend at San Po Kong, my friend suggested to me that there is a nice dessert shop around his place. Show Dessert was located at Rhythm Garden Plaza, several minutes walk from Diamond Hill MTR. It was a small takeaway dessert shop, and yet they offered Western dessert, Chinese desserts and drinks etc. They will come up with new desserts from time to time too. It was a small takeaway dessert shop, and yet they offered Western dessert, Chinese desserts and drinks etc. They will come up with new desserts from time to time too.
French style sauce with boiled pear - Coconut milk was soaked underneath the boiled pear, which was cooked till soft and juicy, sweet in taste. The owner advised me to stir the French style sauce, which looked like caramel pudding, and spread it on top of the pear. The combination was unique, creamy and sweet, complimenting nicely.
Signature chocolate cake was creamy and thick in texture, rich in cocoa taste. 
Mango sago - The owner was generous with the serving of mango cubes, which was soft and smooth, sweet and sour in taste. Sago was smooth and chewy and the dessert was sweet and smooth too.
