Visited for the first time for lunch today and I'm in love! This place offers custom-made salads and sandwiches with a large variety of options to choose from, so there is a lot of flexibility and many possible combinations. I chose rustic rye roll, tuna salad, tomato, baby spinach and Dijon mustard for take-away. You can also choose toasted or untoasted and I chose untoasted because I was in a rush. I chose rustic rye roll, tuna salad, tomato, baby spinach and Dijon mustard for take-away. You can also choose toasted or untoasted and I chose untoasted because I was in a rush. Anyway, the sandwich was fantastic! Tasted very natural and healthy and delicious! The rustic rye bread was chewy and had pumpkin seeds on it, giving its flavour and texture more richness and complexity. The amount of tuna salad was good and it wasn't too salty or loaded with too much mayo. Everything just went so well together! Overall pretty good value at $62 (the price depends on what and how many toppings you choose). Highly recommend this place and really *knead* to come here more often to try other combinations! They also have daily soup which looked pretty good and I think I'll try it as well next time
