Quite a letdown to be honest

Reknown for it creme brulee, I decided to give this place a try after a long day of shopping in TST. The top was a bit overburnt which resulted a bit of the bitter taste. However, the custard was quite decent but could have been improved with some additional sweetness although it was quite smooth. I also had a go with the macarons (Champagne and Rose), which were quite decent, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a great filling. Lastly, I tried the Mango Soleil, which consists ofalternating layers of pistachio sponge cake and vanilla cream with small chunks of mango flesh in the centre. Very rich in flavor and but was a bit overkill on the amount of cream in this cake. Waitstaff were very friendly and helpful describing all of their offerings and the restuarant itself was great as well. Would I come back again? Probably not due to the price.
