The 4-assorted sashimi donburi (HKD 120) was underwhelming. While the sashimi pieces were decent, they didn’t justify the price. Moreover, unfortunately, the crab meat and tarako rice rolls (HKD70) were poorly executed. The ingredients themselves were fine, but the chef had blowtorched the crab meat for too long, leaving the rolls with a disappointingly burnt, semi-charred flavor.
