To avoid cooping inside house for too long, we decided to go out and unwind today. After a long day of venturing around, we decided to have dinner nearby before heading back home. Taiwanese Mazu Lifestyle Noodles was located at Wo On Lane, nearby Lan Kwai Fong Central. They sold mainly chicken noodle soup, as well as beef noodle and dumpling noodle etc. Besides that, they offered snacks and drinks etc. Four seasons cold brew tea was clear and refreshing, with strong fragrant tea smell. Four seasons cold brew tea was clear and refreshing, with strong fragrant tea smell. Lychee oolong tea was sweet and refreshing, with strong lychee taste.
Braised chicken wings was braised till soft and smooth, absorbing the essence of the juice. It was juicy and chewy as well.
Spicy medicined beef with handmade ramen - The chef was generous with the serving, served in a large bowl. Soup was very flavourful and spicy, to my liking. Noodles was cooked till very chewy, and beef was tender and juicy.
Cordyceps flower medicined farm chicken with vermicelli soup - There were alot of ingredients in it such as black fungus, cordyceps, longan and steamed chicken etc. Soup was very nourishing, absorbing the essence of the ingredients used. Chicken was juicy and chewy and vermicelli was soft and smooth.
