Rather Greasier than Expected

Everything was greasier than expected and cooking isn't attentive enough. Ordered a kimchi pancake where the oil basically soaked through the oil paper. I understand that fried food isn't easy to perfect yet should consider to absorb the pancake at least once inside the kitchen and use a second oil paper when it is delivered to the customer. We also ordered another snack of which was a mini squid filled with cheese. The cheese was basically sticking to the oil paper, therefore I had to literally

We also ordered another snack of which was a mini squid filled with cheese. The cheese was basically sticking to the oil paper, therefore I had to literally peel off the cheese from the torn and soaky oil paper. Again, not enough attention on how a dish should be served.
