lunch set - $40 - 48 +In a rush, glad to see it's not full yet, so I ordered food immediately, telling the waiter to serve quick & order the drink (of lunch set) later.15 min later, we ordered the drink for the lunch set. A min later, we were asked whether we have order food at all???? I already started to wonder why they took so long as there were not many guests. We were disappointed, needed to reorder again, were asked which waiter/ waitress had taken the order.....OMG how would i be supposed

15 min later, we ordered the drink for the lunch set. A min later, we were asked whether we have order food at all???? I already started to wonder why they took so long as there were not many guests. We were disappointed, needed to reorder again, were asked which waiter/ waitress had taken the order.....OMG how would i be supposed to remember?
Finally it took another 10+min b4 food arrived.
三色蛋饭:
- 1 medium grilled shrimp: not fresh & tasteless
- 1 pce of 猪扒 - taste ok but the texture...seemed too much soda
- 2 pce * crab with egg cake ...strange taste but not too bad, couldnt find any ingredient that taste like crab
- portion of rice: ok
札肉鸡丝汤河
- 札肉 - extremely thin, 4-5 slice, taste sour & 变坏
- 鸡丝 - tasteless & 鞋口
...my fd seldom complain food but said it's really bad
we complained the problem of 札肉 & after 5 min, we were told that Chef said it's normal & they could exchange for another bowl of 札肉鸡丝汤河...we were confused as we could not accept such 札肉, so why were we taking the same dish again? they were not able to provide a solution. So I enquired whether they could give us some more 鸡丝 as replacement ....it took another 4 min to answer us with a spoonful of 鸡丝.
terrible....bad sevice & bad food. definitely worse than we came a few mths ago
