为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

This is my first time coming to this new restaurant on top of this lonely hill.I ordered 干炒牛河 + 热咖啡 ($36) for my lunch. Service is reasonably quick given the fact this restaurant has only been open for 4 days. Probably most of the staff are experienced ones relocated to this shop.The food quality and the hot coffee are good, matched my expectation for a 茶餐厅.A bit pricey but given the location, I can only say it's reasonable.
