板長壽司 (荃灣千色匯I期) (已結業)

Ordered the usual assorted sashimi and regular sushi (the urchi doesnt look like they handled with care). The grilled salmon fish head is nice and crisp. It's well seasoned. The scallops are nice but the rest of the sushi is just okay. Of coz it's not michelin style but it can fill you with acceptable quality. They are going downhill in terms of food choice and variety. The upside is the manager is warm and attentive.
