My friend, who lives in Jordan, recommended us to meet at Eaton. This foodcourt has all sorts of restaurants to choose from - Chinese, American, Japanese and so on. I ended up going to Honolulu Cafe. Their menu is offered both in English and in Chinese.I didn't know what to order but I did see plenty of customers ordering their Club Sandwich with French Fries ($42). I didn't know what to order but I did see plenty of customers ordering their Club Sandwich with French Fries ($42). It looked good so I ordered that. All their meals come with a hot drink of your choice and I was very surprised and happy that they have such a variety of drinks to choose from. Because set meals usually come with just coffee or milk tea - which were boring. I ended up choosing hot almond milk.
After a good 10 minutes of waiting, I headed to their stall to pick it up. The french fries was good albeit slightly soggy. The sandwiches were also good but the bread needed a little crunch really. I wish it also had lettuce as my sandwiches felt very dry. The tomatoes were there but I had the ends so there wasn't much liquid at all. The almond milk which was supposed to help me quench my thirst was very creamy, had the almond aroma and essence and all that but for some reason, it made me want to drink a liter of water afterwards.
$42

Cash and Octopus are accepted. There is no 10% service fee. Their prices are reasonable but my meal set was both salty or dry that day. I'll probably return if I'm in the area. However, this cafe is still a good place to eat considering the number of people lining up.
