Recommend it for dinner

I walk past here every day on the way to the office and there is a guy touting their breakfast. So one evening decided to try it for dinner before going home. We went for the set dinner. I ordered the baked rice with pork, my friend ordered the fish. It took about 10 minutes before getting the soup and salad which were very average. However, when the main courses arrived it took us by surprise. The baked rice was excellent but the winner of the night had to be the fish. Very well presented and tasted excellent. Service requires improvement as even though it was a quiet night, only 4 customers, the waiter spent his time standing at the till using his mobile phone. I would return again for the dinner but not sure about going there for breakfast as there are cheaper alternatives in the area.
