This hotpot place has moved from Sai Wan hill street to shau kei wan and now back to Sai Wan, and I have been to all of them multiple times. Their soup base is what brings me back all the time. For spicy mala soup, other than chili and other spices, it has bean sprouts, frozen tofu and pig blood curd.
