Mango Cream Dome, 3 layers of chiffon sponge cake with fresh mango in fresh cream. Very often I picked Mango Cream Dome which is one of Cova's best cakes I believed among many other choices. This time I picked this again among other fruit tarts. I wasn't hungry and it was the right choice to give me a refreshing snack in the afternoon. It was not greasy at all. The 3 layers of chiffon sponge cake and the fresh cream were all pretty light. The fresh mango was a bit too sour though.
