Refuse to serve skim or soy!

This cafe recently opened in my neighborhood and I was excited as it was on the way to my morning workout. I wanted to support the smaller, local place. The first time I attempted to get a coffee was on the first day that they opened. I asked for a soy latte, but no soy. OK, skim latte, no skim milk either. Nothing but whole milk. I asked if they'd be getting soy and they said 'maybe later'. OK then, I've tried 3 more times over 2 more weeks since then, always same answer! Yesterday I just said,

Yesterday I just said, "later really means never right?" and they giggle and said yes. 

I can not for the life of me figure out why, when across from 7/11 and down the street from Welcome, a new cafe would not accomodate customers with a normal request? I've tried some of their bakery items and they were decent, but there's not a huge selection and they're pricey.

I won't be going back again. If they can't bother, than I'll spend my cash elsewhere. With that approach, I don't give them long in this competitive neighborhood.
