After work, we would like to treat ourselves better and we went to The Murray to have Chinese cuisine for dinner.There were lots of people dining here even it was weekday! Luckily, we got seated immediately and ordered the Oolong tea. We ordered few dishes to share.
▶️Steamed Hairy Crab Roe Dumpling $98/3 pcs
This is seasonal dish. The dumpling inside is full of soup and pork with hairly crab meat mixed. It tastes juicy!
▶️Razor Clam. Aromatic Ginger $198
I have never tried Razor Clam with Aromatic Ginger styled. It is surprising and it tastes very fresh, very good for appetiser.
▶️Yuzu Vinegar • Jellyfish $198
The jellyfish is crispy and irresistible . I like the Vinegar sauce, it is perfectly matched.
▶️ Sweet & Sour Pork • Dried Pineapple $298
The outer of the pork is fired so it tastes crispy, and it sauce is sweet and sour. What’s special is that they used dried pineapple as ingredient which increased the crispy level of the dish .
▶️ Fried Mixed Wild Rice - Seafood • Egg • Premium Soy Sauce $288
It is fruitful and you can taste a lot of ingredients and seafood inside the fired rice.
At last, we have sesame roll $78 and Hawthorn Cake $78 for dessert.
Seasame roll is full of seasame favour and Hawthorn Cake tastes sour, both texture is soft and yummy.
