It has been another crazy workload semester so my friend and I decided to go out and have a drink to relieve ourselves. She heard from her friends that there's a newly opened fusion dining bar in Wan Chai and they have "Ladies Night" promotion on Saturdays. Every ladies get a free drink! The bar's environment was really cosy and relaxed. There's an aquarium inside the bar table and there're lots of tropical fish! The liquors and spirits are placed under spotlights which make them blinking

We had dinner already before coming, so we only ordered drinks. My friend told the bartender that she doesnt really like alcohol and the bartender suggested her trying N Mariage ($100) . He said most girls like it and he's right! My friend said it's fruity and it doesn't taste like there's alcohol at all. However, I think it is too sweet for a man. I would rather drink a beer. Actually, the cocktail used lychee liqueor as basic and mixed with cranberry juice and fresh lime juice. No wonder it's so fresh!
And I tried another signtaure fusion cocktail called Ko-on Saketini ($135). You know from its name that it used sake as the basic. It was mixed with a japanese spirit Hombo Shuzo Ko-on and tomato liqueor. Thats more suit me!! I thought at the beginning that it would taste like sparkling water but it's not even close The cocktail was actually a bit salty and you can feel the alcohol inside. Luckily I had my dinner before coming, or else I might easily get intoxicated .
Overall, it's really a pleasure to drink here. The place is relaxed and their fusion cocktails are really nice! So amazed by their creativity, the staff are really nice too! I must try their hot dishes next time!
