I always wanna eat egg benedict but just not sure would the restaurant meet my expectations. This egg benedict was with the parma ham and asparagus that I like, I decided to give it a chance. As you can see from the photo, the egg didn’t overcooked, it was just perfect. To me the sauce was a bit cheesy and heavy(because I prefer light sauce to keep the original taste of food), but it’s still fine.
Another dish was fired fish, I didn’t eat much because it was my friend’s dish.
Eventually a long black to get me prepared for my exciting weekend!
