🇭🇰🇮🇹Carbone is having black series promo which their lunch and dinner menu are only $208/ $498+10% 😱 and their wine are almost half price !! -Spicy Rigatoni Vodka 🍝 Apparently this is the best rigatoni vodka in HK, this was certainly amazing but because it was SO hyped and I had HUGE expectations therefore I was a bit let down after trying it. Apparently this is the best rigatoni vodka in HK, this was certainly amazing but because it was SO hyped and I had HUGE expectations therefore I was a bit let down after trying it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still delicious- the pasta was spicy (personally I can’t eat spicy food) but the creaminess seems to tone it down a bit; rigatoni was bit chewy, not to soft/ hard and its perfect shape caught most sauce 😍 For some reason, it got yummier the more I ate it and just couldnt stop eating ! Better to share becuz it’s quite heavy to finish the whole thing urself🙂
Meatballs was a bonus given by the restaurant. It was unexpectedly good, it was airy, light and the basil really brings out the meat flavour. Bring me back to Europe plsss
Salmon oreganata 🐟 was lemony, zesty and the artichoke with spring onions were the perfect match with salmon
Nutella Gelato was creamy, chocolatey and love the sea salt and choco nibs with it 💖
We ordered Pio Cesare Barolo 🍷 personally I like thicker and sweeter wine and this just wasn’t what I like:/
Definitely gonna come back for more foood !!
