I came to know about Mercedes Me pretty late, which is when they had their renovation earlier this year. Heard that their brunch is nice, and I have always wanted to try it out. 2. I was a bit stuffed before the meal, but the pickled mushroom did work its magic to get my appetite back! Not that kind of magic mushroom if you are wondering.
3. I love the fried quinoa as always, which gives you a crunchy junk food feeling from a healthy super food.
4. The truffle creme fraiche is awesome to eat with the beef.
5. The beef? Very delicious indeed! It’s so thin and fresh that you feel like it is melting on your tongue.

1. As for the main, I intended to go for the Grilled Free-Range Chicken Burger at the beginning. But with a second thought, I went for the Spanner Crab Linguine, as I am still a bit stuff and would not want to have so much carbs with the burger bun and the filling avocado.
2. The linguine is al dente. Sauce is just of the right amount to mix well with the pasta.
3. Bits and pieces of crab meats were spotting among the linguine.
4. The chili and garlic made the dish quite spicy in a good way.
5. Best thing among all is that there is bottarga. I love salmon roes so much! Especially with pasta!

1. This Tofu Panna Cotta is heavenly nice! Smooth panna cotta with a delighting tofu scent. I love every dessert with has a tofu taste, which is like soy milk indeed.
2. Seasonal berries were served on the side. They are fresh and nice in their own ways, but I could go without them.
3. I guess the purple sauce is made with mixed berries too.
4. The funny piece of crumble on top is somewhat like sweetened tofu crisp. Very interesting.
5. I adore this dessert so much that I wish there was more!
