But it was all out of our expectation, the plating, the taste and even the serving time were excellent.
The crunchiness of the honeycomb-like crust and basically its exotic look has added so much fun to the carbonara pasta. The portion of the all day breakfast was also extraordinarily big - a very satisfying breakfast and the flavour of all these dishes were at the right place - I just hate to eat something that has heavy addition of butter and salt. Even the sausage itself was not salty- a healthier choice of sausage i’d say.
We also like how visitors can do some people watching from the huge glass window while eating. The nice choice of music has also lights up the atmosphere
