I'm a regular for this place, been here over 100 times. It's a small place, sort of like a mom and pop shop. The main staff all come from Nadaman (that expensive Japanese restaurant in Island Shangrila). This is one of my favorite places to eat. The lunch sets offer good value, less than hkd100. They have really good udon and soba noodles. The soup base for their udon is made from fishbone, so it's non-msg, rather tasty and very good. Arguably the best udon-soup base that I've tried in HK (lately they've watered down the soup base because some customer find it too salty, but you can request them not to water it down). A point to note though. The beef is tasty, but I don't come here to eat the beef.
lunch should be around 60hkd-100hkd per person, while dinner will probably cost you around hkd150+ per person.
