为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

This restaurant is very much famous for its marinated meat, in particular the Goose, and so, we stopped by here and tried the Goose Liver and the Mixed Rice (as I don't know what to order, and I am greedy, want to try more at one time).  Not disappointed, and the Man's Rice is not too salty (I thought it might be), and mixed with the rice with quite a balanced flavour; while the Goose Liver, Chinese style foie gra is a bit tough, but the taste is strong and nice, and you can see that both the ri

This restaurant is very much famous for its marinated meat, in particular the Goose, and so, we stopped by here and tried the Goose Liver and the Mixed Rice (as I don't know what to order, and I am greedy, want to try more at one time).  Not disappointed, and the Man's Rice is not too salty (I thought it might be), and mixed with the rice with quite a balanced flavour; while the Goose Liver, Chinese style foie gra is a bit tough, but the taste is strong and nice, and you can see that both the rice and the liver came with a big portion... very much filing and satisfied overall.
