Ramen is cooked when your place order. Noodles is firm and the pork is tender. The broth was rich and thick. As we were eating our ramen, we noticed a kettle in front. Inside the kettle is fish soup, If you think your broth is too thick, you could add in the soup to lighten it up. It is my first time seeing a kettle in a ramen shop! After I drank few spoons of the broth, I also added fish soup to my ramen. Boil egg is so soft and egg yolk is creamy!!!
