Really satisfying to have a bowl of richly flavoured broth with your ramen. Originating from Hokkaido this eatery specialises in shrimp broth. The soup is very flavoursome where the shrimp taste is deep and really comes through. The spicy broth for the had a nice kick to it, the spiciness hits the back of the throat.
Can choose the texture of the ramen, went for 'normal' which was not too soft and had a chewiness to it.
Added a side of panfried dumplings, skin was thin and the filling tasted 'fresh'. Not greasy.

Seating is comfortable which isnt always the case with ramen shops making for an enjoyable lunch.
