Right place, wrong staff

Ordered salmon and rice lunch set, food was good. Really liked the decor with lots of windows and bright. Only problem is the service. One of the male staff, I believe is the manager (the skinny one). He has no smile, no facial expressions and seems to be fed up with his job. He sat me to a table and walked away. When I waved him back to order, his face seemed to be telling me that I was bothering him. Then the table next to me asked for their check, he stared at them as if they did not ask clea

One of the male staff, I believe is the manager (the skinny one). He has no smile, no facial expressions and seems to be fed up with his job. He sat me to a table and walked away. When I waved him back to order, his face seemed to be telling me that I was bothering him. Then the table next to me asked for their check, he stared at them as if they did not ask clear enough but it was him who was not focused. It’s not that I’m expecting a hotel service, it’s just a pity that such a nice restaurant is ruined by that one person who is supposed to be leading the restaurant.
