Stopped by Texas to try out their roast chicken. Had seen ads for this place, and decided to give it a go because there are not too many great roast chicken places in the city. Ordered a 1/4 chicken (leg and thigh) and roasted vegetables with lemon sauce. The meat itself was quite nice and not too tough, and the skin was good enough to eat, without feeling too fatty. Nothing so special that it would inspire a return visit, but nice for a snack if you are in the area and have a hankering for chicken. Think city super but with a larger range of sauces.
Did not get to try the ribs, but given the average taste of the chicken, would not expect that much more.
