It isn't a surprise that when you're in a hurry, one thing that comes to mind is roasted meat, whether it be with rice or noodles.Hung up on the storefront are the fresh roasts of the day that they prepare out back in the kitchen. Everything is glistening with oil and looks mouth-wateringly enticing. We ordered the 双拼 Roasted Meat + Chicken noodles, and the Roasted Duck noodles. We ordered the 双拼 Roasted Meat + Chicken noodles, and the Roasted Duck noodles. Both the duck and Chicken were upgraded to the thighs, as the meat is tender there. We also ordered ice milk tea to go with it and it was flavourful and went well with the meat.
The noodles were big in portion and the meat provided was generous too. The good thing about ordering noodles is if you find the meat a little too raw for your liking, you can always dip it in soup. The meat was tender and juicy and I especially liked the roasted meat.
