when we arrive ,we exit on the 16th floor .It looks like a lounge in the 16 floor , but after we go upstairs , it was romantic .The oyster is fresh , with the taste of ocean but not too salty .This is a fin soup , it look like a chowder soup .A big fin , it smells like milk and many vegetables inside .This is a duck liver , it taste good to serve with the fruit . The mousse is smooth and it is not too sweet . This is the first time I try the 楊枝甘露mousse .
Service here are good and good is nice too
