The cucumber wasabi shaved ice tasted refreshing and special. the wasabi has a cooling effect which clean your taste buds for the other test tubes.

The mint jelly was in mini dices and went well with the sour lime mousse. The texture of the mousse was silky smooth.The earl grey wanna cotta was rich and flavourful with the right sweetness but the espresso foam tasted too subtle.

The other dessert was the mango waffle with yogurt and berry ice cream. The waffle was crispy outside but soft and moist inside. The yogurt and berry ice cream tasted really nice and was such a good match with the crispy waffle.
