I'm on protein diet and grilled chicken becomes my regular meal. Great to have Flame in Wanchai as this is close to my office. I have their chicken almost every day since Feb 17. Love their choice of salad and sides. It’s well made. Price is ok. Serving portion of chicken is good and it’s quite tasty. However, it'll be even better if they can make few adjustments: 1.)Make the chicken less salty. I drank almost a liter of water after the meal. 2.)Provide clean plastic fork and knife. As the one I
