Ordered this shop for friends gathering and the delivery was TWO HOURS LATE! We placed order at 18:15 n they said the delivery time will be at 7pm- we only called the shop to check at 8pm n yet they DIDNT pick up phone calls !!! We’ve been calling ?20times to finally have a staff pick up the call n without checking with our order, she said the delivery was only the way. After a while, we finally got the phone number of the delivery man- n took a few phone calls to reach him at 20:30 n he said he
21:00- we Called him again n he said he’s downstairs but he couldn’t find the address! It’s only by 21:15 we sent ourselves to go down to pick him up. With 3 big size pizza and 2 big bags of snack, ALL COLD , wet chips, and LOOK DISGUSTING!!!!!
THE WHOLE NIGHT WAS
RUINED . And we have HUNGRY KIDS AND ADULTS STARVED!!
HONESTLY, if u cannot Handle the delivery , just don’t take the order ! It’s completely unacceptable for dinner to be arrived >2hrs late as promised !
NEVER ORDER OR VISIT THIS SHOP everyone ! Unless u want to challenge ur EQ.
