Don’t usually do this but people need to know how badly this place is run. Ordered via a takeaway app and notified one staff, then the other staff (or owner, or someone who just thinks she’s the best) shouted at me saying MISS SPEAK UP LOUDER (Without please, thank you, and she was being very rude). They probably had no idea how that app worked, but hey it’s not my fault to have been able to place and order, right? The whole time they were trying to figure out the platform and prepare the drink

The whole time they were trying to figure out the platform and prepare the drink no one acknowledged they were being rude and misunderstood their customer.
Heard more stories like these. Avoid.
