We made a reservation for dinner and the receptionist didn't tell us that they arranged the seats for us in the balcony area (no air conditioning) during this hot weather. SO HOW DID THE CUSTOMERS KNOWING YOUR RECEPTIONISTS' ARRANGEMENT!!!
We stood in the receptionist area (2/F) for more than 10 minutes even though we made a reservation; we tried to ask for sitting inside cuz it was too hot & humid last Saturday. Finally, we were arranged to sit near to their open kitchen.
The waitresses provided with good services especially the short hair chinese girl who worked in Fat Pig Causeway Bay before. We ordered Fish & Chips (tasted not as good as expected…maybe the fish stored in the fridge for long time?), Macaroni Cheese with lobster (tasted good but hardly found the lobster), Pork belly (fairly good) & salad (refreshing & tasted good).
Decided to write the review cuz this was a very unforgettable dining experience; the way the receptionists treated us OMG~the worst ever in my life versus the waitresses treated us~honestly Thumb Up for the services loll!
