I got humiliated. The reception is so rude. She always turned white eyes. She also pretends she could have not speak English. I am so mad about her attitude. I couldn’t believe HK has this kind of service. When I asked about the promotion showing at the entrance, she didn’t want to answer. I really think HK deserves some better servicing people.
