It’s my second time dining here and I was outraged by their poor food and services.By the time we arrived, we were assigned to a table right next to the entrance (to fill you in: there are no petitions or any sort of protection at the entrance between the diners and the pedestrians). With the ongoing pandemic, I requested if we could swap our table as we spotted vacant seats inside. Instead of relocating us, the staff rudely shouted “你都睇到入面冇位！”. Our appetite were dampened with such feedback. It was understandable if you did not want to relocate our table, but such attitude was definitely intolerable.
I also observed no politeness when they took our order or served our food. They were totally having poker faces, as if they did not bother at all.
The food was barely fair. The quality had deteriorated so much compared to my last dining experience here. I could conclude the dish in one word — (excessively) oily.

Even though additional 10% is not charged for their lunch menu, I cannot accept such terrible service, especially when their food was surely not remarkable. Preferably wouldn’t return in the future
