The menu adopts a palette of orange and green as well as ingredients such as rose and bergamot, not only reflecting a sense of exuberance typical of spring and summer but also referencing the signature items GREEN BREEZE and SUNNY LUSH in the beauty collection.

The Afternoon Tea starts with a Jasmine-scented Tomato Consummé as an amuse-bouche; followed by delicate savories including Smoked Salmon Heart with Lemon Jam and Caviar, Lime-flavored Lobster Tartare, Asparagus Charlotte with Celeriac and Black Truffle, Snow Crab Meat and Turnip Roulade; and an array of sweet treats including Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse, Grapefruit Mousse Sable, Jasmine and Bergamot Chocolate Gateaux, and Rose and Blackcurrant Cake.

With Earl Grey and Matcha Scones served with Devonshire Clotted Cream, Strawberry and Rose Preserve, Orange Blossom Jam; in pairing with an exquisite mocktail Garden Royale made with alcohol-free gin Seedlip Spice, coconut water, rose syrup, tangerine juice, and lavender bitters.
