Central is busy, yes, but sometimes staff miss your order. If you order before walking over, it's still a gamble whether you get your order immediately upon arrival or after another 30 minutes. Making up for that, the salad customisation is nigh perfect bar only the fact that salad bases are not completely made from scratch. The quality of their ingredients by nature of being cooked makes these salads among the best you can get in Hong Kong. The only nuisance, while shared among most other salad makers, is that it is not tossed for you nor is it easy to do yourself in the filled-to-the-brim box.
题外话/补充资料：
I imagine the other more spacious branches will constitute an even better experience, not that this one's is not worthwhile.
