为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Salted lemon & Lemon drink:Tried this drink because it had salted lemon and fresh lemon.It was difficult to poke the lemon with the spoon, because there was so much ice in the way.After poking it, the drink was really refreshing because the extra slices of lemon made it more refreshing and there was sufficient salted lemon to give it the salty lemon signature taste.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
