Previously tried the Roundhouse in Wanchai which was quite good so went to the Central Branch.The menu is a bit different and I was hoping they would serve some lemonade or milkshake being American but they didn't.Anyway had the beef brisket which is like HKD100 for about 5 thin slices.It was too fat for my liking compared to the pictures posted by others on SM.The star of the show was the coleslaw which was very TART, I love stuff that is refreshing or drenched in vinegar.The mac and cheese loo

It was too fat for my liking compared to the pictures posted by others on SM.
The star of the show was the coleslaw which was very TART, I love stuff that is refreshing or drenched in vinegar.
The mac and cheese looked promising as they used proper mac and not ribbed mac.
Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was salty beyond belief so had to get it changed.
The second one was still salty but not as salty as the first but still unacceptable.
