I had a good lunch here once, a Kurobata pork bun cha, though it was probably the most expensive Vietnamese lunch I've ever had at $240, especially given it was also a weekday.I went back for dinner and again the price point was a bit of a gripe but we ordered some clams, spring rolls and the kurobata pork again but in a rice paper roll. I was shocked to see 5 clams served on a plate for 110. But the clam meat was actually quite good. There should have been 10-15 clams though in my honest opinio

The spring rolls were bland and badly cooked, oily and chewy and I have had much better spring rolls for 1/5 of the price.
The kurobata pork dish definitely redeemed the dinner - it was still worth coming back for.
We were still hungry as we weren't expecting the clams to be so tiny so we ordered a viet coffee condensed milk flan which was excellent if you are a fan of bitter viet coffee, so the second half of the meal was overall more satisfying - so it averaged out to be an ok meal.
My advice is to skip all the small plates and focus on the meat dishes and enjoy drinks and dessert too.
